major attractions good restaurants friendly staff supportive beds
the location is fantastic it's close to major attractions and good restaurants the metro is nearby making travel simple the staff were friendly and very helpful i found the rooms to be nice and clean with supportive beds the noise level was minimal when the window was closed ensuring peaceful nights
the shower area was a bit small but manageable

the location felt just perfect. close to the metro lines made exploring easy. i liked i could walk to many attractions. the staff was friendly too.

amazing location friendly staff easy storage
the location is amazing. it allowed easy walks to many main attractions. the staff were helpful and friendly, a real plus. storing bags was easy while waiting for my ride.
my room was quite small. it was also very noisy because of the bars nearby. the noise continued late into the night, especially on the weekend.

The room was quite small , and there was no coffee maker. The air conditioning unit was a portable model , and it was loud. It was difficult to sleep with it running.

The location was great. I walked to many museums, why i chose this place. The staff was kind. A reasonably priced restaurant at the hotel had good food (I liked the steak).
The room was very small. There was no proper rack for luggage. The shower and toilet were compact. The bed was hard and narrow, and not comfortable.

central location available staff luggage storage
the location is central it provides easy access to many attractions. the staff was always available at the reception offering assistance when needed. i appreciated having the option to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. the room was sufficiently equipped for a short visit to the city.
the lift was quite small. it could only accommodate one person with luggage at a time. this occasionally caused minor delays when moving between floors.
